General Terms and Conditions of CURREX GmbH ("CURREX") for orders in the online shop
1. Scope, general
These general terms and conditions ("GTC") are part of all contracts that CURREX concludes online with a consumer ("customer") for the goods offered by CURREX in its online shop. By placing an order in the online shop, the customer agrees to the terms and conditions. Entrepreneurs within the meaning of § 14 BGB are not authorized to order.
Invoices within the meaning of § 14 UStG are not issued.
2. Conclusion of Contract
The customer can select goods from CURREX's online offer and place them in a shopping cart using the "IN THE SHOPPING CART" button. The customer submits a binding application to order the selection he has made using the "CHECKOUT" button. Before submitting the order, the customer can view and change the data at any time. However, the request can only be submitted and submitted if the customer has previously set the “✔” in the box in front of the text “I STIMME DEN GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS ZU “accepted these terms and conditions and thereby included them in his application.
CURREX then sends the customer an automatic confirmation of receipt by email, in which the order is listed and which the customer can print out via the menu item "Print". The automatic confirmation of receipt also represents the acceptance of the application by CURREX. The text of the contract is saved by CURREX in compliance with data protection regulations.
The contract is concluded exclusively in German.
CURREX is not obliged to deliver the goods ordered by the customer if the goods have been properly ordered by CURREX but not delivered (congruent cover business) without CURREX being at fault or without CURREX expressly assuming the procurement risk. Payments already made by the customer will be refunded immediately.
CURREX delivers only to customers who are habitually resident (billing address) in one of the following countries and can provide a delivery address in the same country: Germany, Denmark, Belgium, Estonia, Finland, France, Ireland, Italy, Croatia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands , Austria, Poland, Portugal, Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Czech Republic, Hungary, United Kingdom.
The guarantee for material or legal defects of delivered goods is based on the applicable legal regulations, in particular §§ 434 ff. BGB.
CURREX is liable for damages - regardless of the legal reason - in the event of intent and gross negligence. CURREX is only liable for simple negligence
a) for damage from injury to life, limb or health,
b) for damage resulting from the breach of an essential contractual obligation (obligation whose fulfillment enables the proper execution of the contract in the first place and on the observance of which the customer regularly trusts and can trust).
Insofar as CURREX is basically liable for damages, this liability is limited to damages that CURREX had foreseen when the contract was concluded as a possible consequence of a breach of the contract or would have foreseen taking due account of the circumstances that it was aware of or that it should have known, using due diligence have to. Indirect damage and consequential damage, which are the result of defects in the delivered goods, can only be replaced if such damage is to be expected if the goods are used as intended.
The above limitations of liability do not apply if CURREX has maliciously concealed a defect or has assumed a guarantee for the quality of the service. The same applies to customer claims under the Product Liability Act.
The above provisions also apply in favor of the legal representatives and vicarious agents of CURREX if claims are made directly against them.
6. Retention of Title
The goods delivered by CURREX remain the property of CURREX until full payment.
7. Prices / payment modalities
The prices stated in the online shop are gross prices including VAT and plus any shipping costs that may apply. The total price including shipping costs will be displayed before placing the order.
The purchase price is due upon conclusion of the contract.
The customer can make the payment by credit card, on account, by instant transfer, PayPal or Amazon Pay.
When paying on account:
In collaboration with Klarna AB (www.klarna.de), Sveavägen 46, Stockholm, Sweden, we offer invoice purchase and instant transfer as a payment option. Please note that Klarna invoices are only available to consumers and that payment must be made to Klarna.
When buying on account with Klarna you always get the goods first and you always have a payment period of 14 days.

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies to these general terms and conditions and all legal relationships between the contractual partner and CURREX, excluding international law, in particular the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.Alternative dispute resolution: The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (OS). You can find this under https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/. CURREX is neither obliged nor willing to participate in a dispute settlement procedure before a consumer arbitration board.
